SwagDeel's Policy

All Sales Are Final—With Limited Exceptions

SwagDeel aims to support both buyers and sellers by ensuring fair and transparent transactions.  All sales are considered final unless:

    • The item arrives damaged.

    • The item does not match the listing description.

    • The item was never shipped.

In these cases, SwagDeel guarantees a free return and full refund.

 

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for asking sellers any questions about the item before purchasing, especially about things like odors, pet hair, or specific item conditions. Minor cosmetic flaws—such as light scratches or dents that don’t affect the item’s functionality—are not usually valid reasons for a return or refund. Before purchasing, buyers should:

    • Carefully review the listing description, photos, and item condition.

    • Ask the seller any questions before making a purchase.

    • Refuse delivery if a package appears visibly damaged in transit (this helps speed up the refund process).

Return Request Process

If a buyer believes an item qualifies for a return, they must:

    • Request a return within 2 days of receiving the item.

    • SwagDeel’s support team will review the request and confirm if the return is valid.

    • If approved, SwagDeel will provide a free return shipping label (for items up to 50 lbs). For items over 50 lbs, sellers must provide the shipping label. If no label is  

    • The buyer must ship the item back within 2 days.

    • Once the seller confirms receipt, the buyer will be fully refunded for the purchase price and original shipping cost.

The buyer must drop off the item with the designated carrier within 72 hours of receiving the label. This is verified by the carrier’s first scan timestamp. If no tracking updates occur within 7 days of the return approval, the return will be canceled, and payment will be released to the seller.

What’s Not Covered

SwagDeel does not offer returns or refunds for:

    • Items that do not fit or have an odor.

    • Buyer’s remorse (changed mind, wrong size, etc.).

    • Minor cosmetic flaws or blemishes like small scratches that don’t affect the item’s functionality.

    • Transactions conducted outside of the SwagDeel platform.

    • Return requests made after the 2-day window.

 

Additional Support

If your return request is denied, SwagDeel still wants to help! You have 48 hours to contact us for further assistance. As a courtesy, we offer the option to relist your item with waived seller fees.

 

Refund Policy Abuse

SwagDeel takes refund abuse very seriously. Any attempts to manipulate the return process may result in:

    • Account restrictions.

    • Refunds granted at a loss to the seller.

    • Legal action, at SwagDeel’s sole discretion.

SwagDeel remains neutral in disputes and will determine whether the seller or buyer is at fault based on evidence provided.
