Shipping Protection

Our Policy

Shipping Protection is automatically included with all SwagDeel prepaid labels.  This means if your package gets lost or damaged by USPS during transit, you are insured up to $200 for USPS Prioirty Mail and Ground Advantage shipments.  Contact SwagDeel (support@swagdeel.com) should you  want to file a Shipping Protection Reimbursement claim.

Some things to consider before filing a Shipping Reimbursement claim

At SwagDeel, we want to be transparent with requirements for opening up a Shipping Reimbursement claim.  This will help all parties with expectations and fairness, while deterring those who may want to take advantage of the policy.

All orders have to be shipped using a SwagDeel prepaid USPS shipping label.  The shipping label cannot be altered or modified and must be used as it was printed.  The package must comply with USPS’ requirements with regard to shipping weight, dimension, category, and class.  The actual weight or dimensional weight is less than or equal to the weight printed on the shipping label, whichever is higher.  The seller is responsible for properly packaging the order and dropping it off at any USPS location.

USPS’ tracking number shall confirm the package as being received within 2 days from the purchase date.
