How to cancel an order as a buyer

As a buyer, you can ask the seller to cancel an order any time before it ships.  Go to your ‘My Purchases’ page and click on ‘Cancel Request’.  If you don’t see the option to cancel, that means your order has shipped and the transaction can no longer be canceled.  Please note, the seller may have already packaged your item up and is in the process of shipping it unaware of your request.  At this point, it may be too late for a seller to accept your cancel request. 

If your cancel request was not accepted, SwagDeel can assist by allowing you to list your item with no selling fees.  You will need to email SwagDeel customer support (support@swagdeel.com) within 24 hours of your completed transaction. 

Orders can be canceled if the seller did not ship your item in 7 days.  In this case, contact SwagDeel customer support  (support@swagdeel.com) to request a full refund.  

How to cancel an order as a seller

A seller can cancel an order if there is an issue with the condition of the item, shipping, or they no longer have the item.  

We ask that the seller message the buyer through the seller dashboard under messages to let them know they are canceling the order.  Once SwagDeel has confirmed the cancellation, the buyer will be refunded back their original payment.
