We’ve got your back. If something goes wrong with your order, you’re covered.

You’re eligible for a free return and full refund if:

– The item was not accurately described in the listing
– The item was damaged during shipping
– Parts of the order were missing
– The item was never shipped

🕒 Important: Refunds must be requested within 2 days of receiving the item. After that, the sale is final.

 ❌ What’s Not Covered

We do not offer refunds for:

– Normal wear, light stains, or mild odors
– Buyer’s remorse (wrong size, changed mind, etc.)
– Flaws or defects that were clearly disclosed in the listing
– Offline transactions (see below)

No Offline Transactions
To keep our marketplace safe and fair, all transactions must be completed on the SwagDeel platform.

Going off-platform is against our Terms and may result in account closure.
