SwagDeel guarantees a free return and full refund if an item wasn’t accurately described, damaged during shipping, missing items, or never shipped. The Buyer may request a refund within 2 days of receiving the item, otherwise, the sale will be considered final.
What is not covered We do not offer returns for wear, stains, odor, buyer changes their mind, does not fit, offline transactions, or other flaws that are mentioned or pictured in the listing.
Offline Transactions It is explicitly stated in SwagDeel’s Terms and Conditions, that transactions are not to be completed off of the SwagDeel platform. If a Seller or Buyer is found to have violated this policy they risk permanent closure of their SwagDeel account.
